Customer Issue

If you don't agree with all the terms and policies, please do not use the website, product, information and service as part of your own free choice. Usage, subscription and purchase implies acceptance. This agreement has to be read, understood and complied in conjunction with legal all other terms, policies and disclaimers is only enforceable in India South Delhi courts jurisdiction for legal remedies.

In the unlikely event that you encounter any issues with our product that prevent it from functioning as intended and described, we offer a comprehensive reimbursement guarantee. If you have any questions about our returns policy please contact by email before purchasing the product.

For Indian Customers

We can refund payment for your ordered product or products only if you return them successfully within 30 days from the date of the invoice in a good manner. For all refunds, we will deduct Rs.150.00  or 10%, whatever is higher on the value of returned products from the total amount we received for your order after taxes, shipping or other fees levied by payment processing partners.

There will be no refund if the products are returned in damaged or not a saleable condition by the customer or because of a failed delivery attempt and the package is returned. Although we can resend it for a nominal cost of courier.

We use speed-post to enable delivery into remote places. We may use other private courier services, as we deem fit to expedite delivery time to customers.

“Cancellation duration and refund mode and duration (Orders can be canceled within 12 hour of order placing. And in such cases refund will be processed through the same mode and it will credit to the customer bank account within 10 working days)”

 

For International Customers

Please check the Return and Refund Policy with your country for restrictions, duties, regulation, customs and taxes collected in your country. In some countries, 4-5 % of taxes are charged on delivery, which is rare but possible.

There will be no refund of shipping/ additional costs especially if the product is rejected and returned by customs or because of a failed delivery attempt, custom clearence, restrictions in the country of import. All product costs are refunded except shipping, customs duty and handling levies which are minimum USD $20 or 15%, whichever is higher on the total value of invoice including shipping (for all countries) for small packages.

Shipping costs vary based on volume, weight and destination. These will be extra and added on top of the purchase price.

No refunds are given for discounted, offer value packs and coupons for any reason whatsover.

If customs seize your order and do not return to us, then it is not possible to provide any refund at all.

Refund will be processed with in 10 working days for international order.

We cannot guarantee the quality of products delivered internationally due to extended shipping times, storage, moisture, heat and weather. All products are air-tight sealed to prevent and minimize damage.

We use speed-post to enable delivery. We may use other private courier services (ups, fedex etc) which may add to the cost to the customer, if so desired by the international customer.

Bulk distributors who import have to setup their own Fedex/ UPS account in their own country and pay shipping and other import costs.

 

Requesting a Refund

We fully stand behind our products and are committed to delivering quality. However, we understand that not every product usage will be a perfect fit for everyone.

We are so confident that you will benefit from our products, we offer a 15-days no-questions-asked refund policy.

If you don’t like our product when you receive it, we will be happy to offer you a refund within 15 days (less shipping, tax and credit card gateway charges of 15 percent) of your original purchase.

The returned product packaging should not be opened, damaged or used.

However, we might invite you to suggest to us how to improve ourselves while refunding. We would really appreciate it if you give insights on what made you ask for a refund to help us improve our customer experience.

Ideal refund request

Our team is here to solve all your queries effectively. But for us to do so, the users must also ensure to provide us with all the necessary information.

An ideal refund request ticket should have: The name of the product, transaction ID number of the payment gateway, order number and the reason for the refund request.

Refund requests are NOT to be sent via email but ONLY by support ticket clearly stating the reason for the refund request.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for products bought on value pack, offer or use of a discount coupon by the user. The value pack offers such as mentioned here.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the customer is abusing the refund policy, such as repeatedly purchasing and requesting refunds for products.

 

Refund - Cancellation Process

All refunds, cancellations and issue resolutions need a support ticket to be raised through the help-desk link only.

 

Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds are made on a fortnightly basis. Max. 16 days.

The refund that adhere's to the above-mentioned criteria will be processed and the buyer duly informed via the help-desk support ticket assigned number (only).

 

Points you Should Consider for Refund

We consider a refund within 14 days of purchase on a case-by-case basis and don’t offer unconditional refunds.

Refunds may only be issued within 14 days of the purchase date after due confirmation to the support ticket resolution for refund. After 14 days of order placement no refunds/ cancellation can be processed.

Due to the increases of frauds in the industry (purchase a product and then request a refund to get the product for free).

Refunds will be processed directly to the original payment method used for the purchase at our discretion.

Don’t forget to include your name and address details with your returned items so we can organize your refund. If you paid by credit card, we will automatically issue the refund to the credit card used to pay for your order.

 

Refunds are Granted for some Specific Cases

- We will process your refund as soon as we’re able to within 14 days of return by reversal of charges (less GST tax, shipping and handling charges = 15%).

- In some cases, we might ask you for the opportunity to resolve the issue for your satisfaction.

- We may refuse to refund clients who act in bad faith or misuse the services.

- Refunds do not apply to discounted offer packs products, upgrades or renewals.

 

Note: The Customer, needs to request for our official support ticket through the help desk only.

Please include your order number and provide a brief description of the issue you are facing with the product.

 

Refund will NOT be granted if

We have the right to refuse a refund if we determine, at our sole discretion only, that the product has been used, opened or damaged or if the refund request is made after the 14-days refund window.

Furthermore, we do not offer refunds for discounted, customized or personalized products. It is also important to note that refunds are not available for products that are functioning as described.

- The Customer doesn’t submit any help support-ticket request and simply asks for the refund after the purchase by email, whatsapp or other means. A support ticket is required with an assigned ticket number and you must ensure that the reason is mentioned clearly.

- The product is not what the Customer expects. We therefore provide information on products and terms for products and are willing to answer any presale questions. The Customer should spend some time doing their own research and ask questions to clear any confusion before purchase.

- Customer bought the product by mistake.

- The Customer he/ she opens the product, air tight bottle seal, packaging is tampered with and then doesn’t want to use the product after all due to change of mind. This is construed as a used product by the customer, thus non- refundable or reusable by anyone else.

- We do not refund if the product has been purchased on discount, value offer packs, voucher or coupon.

- The 14-days refund period after the purchase date has passed.

- If the products are returned in damaged or not a saleable condition by the customer.

- Failed delivery attempt and the package is returned.

 

Processing the Refund

After going through your refund request carefully, the support team will respond within 24-48 hours to your raised ticket. It is advised that the users do not update their raised ticket and wait for the support team to get back to you.

 

Conflicts or Claims

In case you decide to go ahead to file a claim with your credit company or Paypal, the user will not be granted the refund, and they will also be banned from using the site. The users should also know that filing claims of any kind is time-consuming and harassing for both parties. Our team tries to resolve all your queries, and we are committed to helping all our users to the best of our abilities.

 

Policy for Automatic Payments

All of our products and some extensions require renewal of discounted subscriptions/ treatment plans every year, but you can choose whether to renew your subscription or not.

We suggest renewing your subscriptions because we are always improving our products and releasing new updates. A valid subscription is required for receiving updates and discounts.

 

Physical Products / Materials Return Policy

Individuals who purchase materials/products are subject to the following policies. For Bulk Orders / Bookstores (Materials Return) see section below:

  • Products returned within 14 days of delivery date receipt by customer are eligible for a return.
  • Exchanges of products are not permitted. Soulnature does not offer partial refunds.
  • Materials are returned in good condition. Products have to unused and bottle/ blister seal of health products are not opened or tampered.
  • If a digital learning program includes a voucher or live education product that has been used, the study program is not refundable (see voucher and live education policies below).
  • Good condition is defined as being undamaged, unused and able to be re-sold without any issue (i.e in the same condition it was provided to the buyer).
  • The determination of any returned items' condition will be ultimately determined by Soulnature, solely.
  • If the item(s) are not returned in good condition, a 20% restocking fee deduction will apply, which is applied to the total full cost of the product, program or materials (excluding sales tax and shipping costs), regardless if paid in full or through a full or partial payment plan.
  • Shipping charges related to returns are non-refundable. Soulnature is not responsible for shipping charges related to returns or refunds. The costs associated with shipping a product back to Soulnature or from refusing a delivery of the order shall be deducted from any refund or if unpaid by the buyer.
  • GST/ VAT charged is non-refundable as it is paid and deposited with the tax authorities on a monthly basis. We have no mechanism to re-claim tax back refunds/ adjustments from the government.

 

Digital Courseware/ eBooks Return Policy

Unused online courseware and subscriptions to courseware are eligible for a refund within 15 days of purchase, unless explicitly ineligible per the product page.

Electronic versions of books (eBooks, tools, audio books, etc.) are non-refundable unless included in a complete Soulnature Study Program (see Study Learning Program and Physical Products/ Materials Return Policy above).

 

Voucher Coupon Return Policy

Buyers who purchase a product that includes a voucher/ discount coupon are subject to the following policies:

We do not refund if the product has been purchased on discount with voucher or coupon.

So, if you are buying any product on discount or when an offer campaign is going on, please make sure you are agreeing with the policy of not getting any refund for that purchase. In such a case, the decision of the Sales & Support team is final.

  • Vouchers may not be refunded separately from the program in which they were included. Programs may only be refunded in full.
  • Vouchers that have been redeemed are non-refundable.
  • Vouchers are non-transferable.
  • Vouchers must be redeemed prior to expiration, within the specified period of time from the date of purchase.
  • Extensions are not given on vouchers.
  • Individually sold vouchers are non-refundable.

 

Live Education & Support Policy

  • Customers who purchase a voucher for live education should refer to Voucher Return Policy above. Live Education & Support components may not be refunded separately from the program in which they were included. Programs may only be refunded in full less VAT tax.
  • Customers who purchase and schedule a live education program that is delivered on specific dates (live class, etc.) are eligible for a refund either until 24 hours (Pacific Standard Time) prior to the start date or 15 days after purchase, whichever date/time occurs first.
  • Customers who purchase access to study support products such as Facilitated Study Group, Live Q&A Study Session, etc. are eligible for refund 15 days after purchase if sessions were not attended.
  • Soulnature will make the Facilitated Study Group & Live Q&A products available for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. In the event Soulnature terminates those products prior to that date, the customer would be eligible for a refund.

 

Bulk Orders / Bookstores (Materials Return)

Bulk orders are considered to be orders of 5 items or more. Bookstores are businesses that purchase materials for resale. Bulk orders/bookstores are subject to the following policies:

  • Printed materials/products returned within 15 days of purchase are eligible for a return.
  • There is a 20% restocking fee deduction on all returned items.
  • To return your purchase for a refund, please obtain a return authorization code by emailing your request and the original invoice number to soulnaturehealthcare@gmail.com.
  • The authorization code must be included on your return; Soulnature will not accept returns unless an authorization code is included.
  • Shipping charges incurred by Soulnature and VAT tax paid by buyer related to returns are non-refundable.

 

Cancellation Policy

Buyers can cancel their order by sending an email request within 12 hours of placing the order if it is not already shipped by us or shipping advice is delivered to customer by email.

If order is dispatched then it cannot be canceled. In such cases refund will be processed through the same mode and it will credit to the customer bank account within 10 working days for prepaid order. 

  • Products are usually shipped within 13-24 hours. If they are already shipped, then cancellation is not possible or shipping is booked or shipping email has been sent to the customer. Alternatively, you may raise a ticket for a refund based on the above mentioned terms.
  • Digital products are shipped instantly as downloadable products. There is 'no' cancellation or refund applicable to digital products that are downloaded. If a digital product is damaged, it will be replaced with a fresh digital download delivery.
  • Online courseware products can be cancelled within 24 hours and access will be revoked.

 

Acceptance of this Policy

When you are placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy properly.

This also proves that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.

We ask you not to place an order with us if you do not agree with the terms and conditions.

If any of the above criteria is met, then you are eligible for a refund. Please use the support ticket form and we will reply within 2 working days
