• Products are shipped within 24-48 hours. If they are already shipped, then cancellation is not possible. Please refer to the refund-cancellation policy details on link.

 

• Materials and Products are shipped by courier/ ems speed-post to the address provided by you. If they are not accepted on delivery for any reasons thereof and returned, buyer will have to pay additional re-shipping and handling charges of 15% (fifteen).

 

• This is buyer responsibility - Materials and Products shipped to international locations (outside India) may attract import duty and clearance formalities by customs of individual countries. Most countries allow health products quantity for personal use only to be imported for usage up to 90 days. Herbal wellness supplements are governed by the food category regulations. Please check regulations before ordering to comply with the laws of your country.

 

• Digital products are shipped instantly as downloadable products. There is 'no' cancellation or refund applicable to digital products that are downloaded. Please read all the usage and technology details before purchasing as part of your own responsibility. If a digital product file is damaged/ corrupted, it will be replaced with a fresh digital download delivery.
